  1. Merry Christmas. Love your blog. I am Joyce pierce. We met at dinner in veto beach. You were building your house. Loved the conversation we all had.

    1. Hi Joyce, Thank you for your lovely compliment. I’m happy to know that you like my blog and appreciate your taking the time to let me know.

    1. Thank you Saskia. I’m glad you like the carolers, I had a large collection before we moved. I sold them all except these four which were the oldest and brought them to Florida with us. I have them on a console in our foyer along with the little feather Christmas tree.

  4. Peace, contentment, much health and the necessary ‘wealth’ in the year to come . . . thank you for your posts in the year past . . .

    1. Thank you for your wish, Sue. I hope that in the new year you will have a real bounty in your beautiful gardens and that you will be in good healthy. All my best.

    1. Hi Sam, I hope you are all unpacked and settled in now. All the best in the New Year, perhaps we will get a chance to meet now that we are both in Florida. 🙂

  5. I hope you have the merriest warm Christmas in your beautiful new home. I suspect we’ll both wish for just one walk across the snow but we’re both in the best place we can be.

    1. Thank you for your wish Maureen and I do agree with you. Our warm Christmases will be lovely even without the snow. All my best for the new year.

      1. It’s really me – Kelli from Kelli’s Kitchen but I can’t seem to log out and in again as myself! 🙂

      2. Hi Kelli, I thought it might be you on a previous comment but I wasn’t sure this time. I’m glad it is really you. 😀 I hope you and your family have a delightful Christmas.

  6. What a lovely Christmas message, Karen! 🙂 Hope you’re happy in your new home! Your friendship and support has been a wonderful part of 2015. Joy and peace to you too!

    1. Hi Jo, Another of your comments that went to my spam file…I don’t know why that happened but there were several from other bloggers as well. Thank you for your lovely wish. We are indeed happy in our new home, thank you so much for asking. I hope this year will be a good one for you and your wonderful family.

    1. Hi to all the Nelsons. I hope you are enjoying your first Christmas in the house and have as many wonderful memories there as we had. Merry Christmas!

    1. Thank you for your wish Judi, I hope you had a wonderful holiday as well. I’ll be thinking of you when you take down all those pretty Christmas trees of yours. 😀

      1. I did… Except for the big gingerbread tree I store the small ones in boxes – too many little ornaments to put away. Of course my collection was started 40? years ago. I use to have another 6 foot and a 4 foot but scaled down 🙂

  7. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas, Karen, and that 2016 will be a happy, healthy and prosperous year for you and your famity
    Thank you for your friendship!

  8. Dear Karen, hope you had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you all the very best for the New Year! – Frohes Neues Jahr!
    Andrea

  9. Dear Karen,
I wish you and your loved ones only the best for the new year and thank you for all of your visits to my blog and for all of the wonderful posts that you so lovingly prepare and share for your readers and myself. My husband and I are enjoying the beautiful ocean coast of Florida and I know that you, too, are enjoying the sunshine here! PS: I saw some ‘byers choice’ figurines in one of your photos. I collect a few of them also and it’s nice to know another person who enjoys them.
    Happy 2016 dear friend,
    Roz
