  1. You are so right we need to slow down. I can remember the fun we had making our own popcorn and cranberry garlands, handmade gingerbread ornaments, all the cookie swaps and sharing. Stockings have always been a favorite except for when I was very young and “Santa” would put an orange in the toes of our stockings 🙂 Merry Christmas to you and yours and lots of fun trips in 2023!

    To me and my family, it is still Christmas as we celebrate the 12 days of Christmas ending on January 6th, the feast of the Epiphany.
